Scenic Philadelphia is an affiliate of Scenic America, the only national organization devoted to preserving and enhancing the visual character of America's communities and countryside. The Commonwealth Court of Pennsylvania has reversed decisions made by the Zoning Board of Adjustments in dozens of our cases filed on behalf of our community client. Several of these cases were published decisions.
